Write a letter within 100 words to the postmaster of your locality informing him about the loss of an important letter addressed to you, and requesting him to help you get it.

Sir,

I’m writing this letter to bring notice to you about loss of an important letter. I live in your postal zone and since many days I haven’t received an important letter.

I got to know from my uncle that he had sent an important letter and documents on my address. He informed that he had sent the letter on the right address but I’m afraid that it has been not received it. I think that there must be case of loss of an important letter. Since the letter is important I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.
